Yesterday I had an important event and had to wash my car. It is the first time that I washed it in more that 10 months, because I always used to take it to a car wash. It's about 2.5 Euros. But after my trip I'm left with less than that, so I had to wash it myself. And, besides, with 2.5 Euros in Mexico you can do a looooot of things. I can have six (600 mililitres) Cokes. Or three Sol and Corona Beers. Also, I could have gas for my car for a day. I could have a coffee in a nice cafe and invite someone else. But nothing else (than the cafe). With 2.5 Euros it is also possible to go downtown by bus, use an hour of internet cafe (coffee incl.), buy a bread, buy the newspaper and go back home by bus again. So, next time you want to take your car to a carwash, think twice. There are a lot of things that you could do if you were in Mexico! : )
