I'm glad to come back and see mesages here... it's like chatting with you guys for a while. The only thing I could use is a plastic pivo of course.
I'm still with my thesis, the electric vehicle. And I had the idea of showing it to the government. They loved it!. And now they arranged a meeting next week so that I can go and fully explain the project, its uses, prospectus and costs. It will be a Power Point presentation.
Although the project itself is a nice idea, what is not nice is the money I need. My calculations go around 10,000 USD to get it started. Then, it'll be really difficult to convince them. But if I do, I'll be a BIG kurchinu, I'll be a super-dobro convincing person (translation refer to Srpski, please).
If I get to produce it, I'll post pictures. By the way Fabian it's time to post a picture, something. or a jpg of Bush. They're somehow the fashion trend over here.
where is MARU???

hi
It's been a long time since the last time I wrote something here ....
But I've been a little busy these days, today I tried to chat with Erik but suddenly my messenger was out on line :'(
I can see that you are fine, I'm happy for that, I'm not so happy I'm doing a systems audit on the IT director of my company
he's a real pain in the ass, everything he does is wrong but the owner of the company believes he is a genius.
So I'm really tired , is really frustrating working here but I have no other choice the payment is really good, and I really need money right now, I have a lot of debts.
I'm missing the old days with the plastic pivo and the rakja , can you believe that I haven't drink one beer in two months??
well that's all for now
miss you guys

shakiron
PS
where is MARU???
what's up Fabian ???
what are you doing Chanida???

Lemonheads....have you guys heard of Lemonheads? Saw a show by the singer of them tonight. It was absolutely super-dobro!!! He played a lot of old lemonhead-song even thoughthis was a promo-gig. Evan Dando is his name.

What else? Sunday now (it's 3 am) and it's been a calm weekend. A soft friday, I'm home alone since my room-mate is away partying with our friends and I'm stuck here 'cause I have no money :(
Today I made chicken-enchiladas for my friend, very good! ( is that mexican food?) Very nice anyway! Tomorrow I will burn some CDs and I'm also invited to my friend's photostudio/home to have coffee. I think I will scan some pics too (a link will show up soon!)

ok, boys and girls, boceteros and buceteros, gotta go to bed (I don't have to sleep in the sofa tonight!!!)

Peace! (at least I'm trying),
Erik

ok.
It started. And nobody knows how long it will last. But it will be extremely difficult for the Americans to achieve their goals... Something like a big Palestine might be created. Why?? Well, Iraq and its people hold tight to their roots, and whoever tries to occupy Saddam's throne by American means, will be rejected. Then the Americans will try to force the whole thing and it could seriously divide Iraq. And there are the kurds, who knows what they have in mind. No matter how bad Hussein is, what the Americans are doing is reckless, stupid, and imperialist. They are shoving their a** with a paper, UN-made, of course. Of coooooooourse! And after they finish toying around middle east..... who will clean the mess up???

I',m starting to belive that the world can really change now....... for the bad, certainly.

yes, Bush will attack irak and almost all europe is against it, but not poland!
we are so powerful country, that Bush can not win without our help!
you know, it is so crazy...
ok, they have a lot of political answers why they neet to offer our soldiers for war, but...
comparing to most europe we are not rich, not strong, with a lot of economical problems...
and if Irak decide to attack us?
probably nobody help...
thats crazy...
ok ...the question is why Irak would like to attack Poland?
why not? if we send our army it is a sign we are against them (although our president told we dont want war..but he agreed to give them 200 soldiers, ok, its not much, but its always something...)
so if we are such a not important country they can attack us to show Bush what they can do...
ok, maybe it is really far going idea..but thats they way comman people in poland think...

so if they attack..we really dont have enough shelters to escape to...
but actually if its a chemical attack who needs shelters? its impossible to be undrground till the rest of life....

yes, thats kind of depressing....
hopefully it will not go so far, but sometimes we can not predict.....
magda

Yes, Bush will attack Irak! And I felt fucking sick watching Bush's speach on TV today, he's such a big fuck-up only making things worse for everyone including US. Ok, if UN and the rest of the world is behind the decision of an attack, it's still something terrible but the way it is now it's terrible AND illegal! And he's turning the whole world (the people of the world at least) against him by beeing so horny on making his dad proud of him! AAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!

Ok something nice too: 5 pics, copy-past into browser, forward on blue buttons up right (in case it's swedish)

click for the pics

(outside the island were I'm born in Karlskrona)

Take care everyone!

Well. it looks like they're going to attack irak.
Is it fair? Are Bush's pledges alright?
what is going on with the UN?
I think the problem with the UN is not what they do, but what they should have done.
whatever. I'd like to speak, and be heard. I guess kommunikation is the media.

FINALLY I developed the last pack of films that came straight from Beogradski. It was a total of 5. All of you appear there. I could find parties in Studentski Grad, at Rifat, my trip to Turkey, Budapest and even some pictures of Mandello (Marco's hometown).
It is such a nice feeling to see you all there, always smiling, always happy, always hugging someone else and being the best friends at least during the time we were together.. I do belive that we're still best friends. But it makes me sad to see you smiling with me and knowing the fact that we all won't be able to do it altogether again.

well... life... isn't it? however, i seized the moment. I took the good and the bad and now it's part of me. you all are a part of me and I thank you.
giovanni.

and... I'll scan the best pictures as soon as I can. I'm sorry scanman, I know it's your job, but, no offense.

Hi,
I didn't realize how important it was 'til I've received the certificate from the IAESTE. Yeah, I did it!!!!!!!! I went to the IAESTE office last Sat. The ceremony was so nice. After that, we exchanged our experiences to each other, somes good and somes bad, but nobody could tell who had the best. I think it depends on the importance you gave. I would say I had the greatest experience I ever had, like no one else, though it's tragedy, sometimes :p By the way, I found a girl who went to Budapest for 3 months, and we started to talk about it. Then, the memories came alive. She was there when we're in Budapest. At the end of that day, we(iaeste students) planed to spend some times together. Then, we decided to go to the beach in the first weekend of next month, for 2 nights and 3 days. The greatest thing was the IAESTE Thailand will pay for the whole trip!!!!! Que padre!!!!! ^o^ but first of all, I have to think about what I'm gonna tell my boss to get the days off in that period-.-! sick leave or business leave???? Help me, pleeeeeeeeeease!!!!!!! Surely, I will go, anyway ;)

miss you all SO much,
^.^

Well, I hadn't been here for a while... A few tests, then I was sick, then... I don't know. But I always keep reading the posts. I'm convinced that all of us know now the news about the assasination of Serbia's PM. It's really shocking and sad. Specially because he was seen as a person who really wanted a change for his country, a change for the good. I don't know how Serbians are taking this news, Fabian could tell us. But, whatever has to happen it must be done now, or corruption could take advantage of this gap. So sad, indeed.

Life here is quiet, nothing extraordinary, and I'm slowly recovering from the dramatic economic loss taht my trip generated. I can now go with friends and have a beer without worrying about tomorrow's lack of money.
I have worked a few extra hours this month then in 15 days or so I'll be expectiung a special bonus of aprox. 400/500 USD. That will help paying for my graduation expenses.
Japanese is still a fashion trend here, and if you ever come, I'll take you to visit some of the nicest restaurants around. Of course, it is "Japanese-Mexican" food. Yes, you guessed right. Sushi with chilli and Mexican poisons.

March 14, 2003

Hi!! what have you been up to??... i'm still here... in London with Caren, Anelise and Yoav!.. is someone missing??... mmmm... exactly, Cinthia left two weeks ago but i hope she can write here soon to explain what's going on with her life 'cause in fact, i don't how she is right now...

Last weekend we (Caren and me )had a terrible experience... we were at internet, checking e-mail and so when it was moment to leave... 'Maru, have u seen my purse?, do u know where my purse is??...i can't see it!' f****k off!! someone stole Caren's purse!!!! of course we didn't realize about that, we looked for it long time, everywhere and nothing, we couldn't find it!! we have to call to Brazil to cancel the credit card and immedately go to Caren's place to see if her passport was there... fortunately it was, Caren wasn't carrying it in her purse, just a copy... but the thing that Caren was more worry about that, was her mobile!! ja! she said that they had stolen her 'social life', 'cause it was the only thing she could use to kommunikate with us... what a shame! even when they had stolen a purse of £3, £20 on her wallet and so many papers, with names, telephones, etc ja! the mobile??!!... but well, it wasn't the end of the world and on Thursday finally i receive a msg from Caren, showing me off sha had a new one... her social life has came back!

Today it's sunny here, but it's not so much useful, is still cold... :(((

Cheers,
/*Maru*/

I was resting in the sofa after a very nice meal of home-made thai food, drinking my coffe, snusing, enjoying the evening. Thought maybe I should make an effort to go and get the candy I bought earlier today. There's a film on tv tonight, maybe I should get the candy before I get to tired to move and then I can eat it while watching the film? Good idea! I was thinking about Sara, feeling happy, a friend called and we had a nice chat, the coffe was good, so was the snus. Turned on the TV, the film starts at 9.30, but before that news......well, I guess you've heard about it...

Take it easy down there Fabian

Erik

Follow me!, and using your imagination^.^ Then, you'd think of Bangkok and know how I live..........
I live in the fifth floor of an apartment near by the main road in the city of Bangkok. There is a balcony open to the canal in my room so it's kind of noisy sometimes, on the other hand, it's so nice to hear its sound after the boat passed by. In the morning, I have to walk about 15 min to work. There're about 10 million people in Bangkok now. So, having your own car doesn't help in the rush hour here. The place where I work is the most famous night life for the teenagers called RCA. A ton of people here at night, but during the day, it's like a different world. I usually got out from work when they're starting parties. Then, I was too tired to enjoy it..... who cares!
^.^Rightnow, I'm thinking about changing job, apartment,...., and.....etc. ^o^ hahahahaha. It's endless...................
Well, That's all I could think about now and I hope next time I could get in this komm easily, by the way, good work, Web Master!!!!!
miss you all ^.^

Won't let it be know yet,
I'm still green and outdoors is tough for me.
What does that mean? I don't know. But it's not important.
I'd like to see a war against Irak avoided but they certainly have biological weapons. I know it because my neighbour gave them away.
And now I don't know if he either claims them back, or is angry because they didn't used them as he prescribed. (against Iran).
But maybe he just wants a little of that "black gold". Who wouldn't? It's even more important than money. Not to mention than life.

Saturday, 6:30 pm. At home. Surfing the web.
Only the coffee's missing.
And I will go to the movies with three good friends in an hour.
Listening to Yann Thiersen's piano again.
My car needs to be washed. And it stinks like cigarette, but I don't smoke.
I understood that I always say that I want a different life, but I usually lie.
