...today i scarcely slept 2 hours... Caren, Ane, Yoav & me were in the airport, literally, we slept there (few hours but we stayed there all night long) 'til 6am, when Caren left... u know, just talking & talking: Karaburma, Studentski, Rifat, London... oh my gosh! so many things, that finally it seems our ways must go on by their own... & don't ask me! as usual i cried, u know Maru without crying, not Maru... ja,ja,jaaa!! but not too much... anyway, 2day, more or less @ 11 pm, Caren's gonna be @ home... almost 1 year later... i'm sad, but i'm not... probably 6th Rifat's generation is gonna be soon... & i think this time... in Brazil! :D

I went to see a bullfight yesterday... It's one of the typical celebrations over here.



It's funny to see how people get pleasure by seeing an animal being tortured to death. It's a grotesque ritual of uneven fight against a half-blind animal which has no more intentions than eating and reproducing.

But what makes me feel more dissapointed is how people refer to this as an "art". And they want to be real "conossieurs" of this spectacle.They enjoy their cigars and brandy while they see animals suffering with no reason. How can you actually drink and eat seeing slaughter????

i've been a witness of Caren's sensation w/ the public transport here in London... in the beginning i thought it wasn't true but on Saturday i saw saw it w/ my own eyes...ja,ja,jaaaa!!!... we were in a bus stop waiting 4 Anelise, when one bus stopped just in front of us... all the people inside the bus got off but the bus never pulled away again... i turned my head to see what was happening ('coz Caren was making some strange faces)when i saw the bus driver saying hello and calling her to get on the bus!... oh my gosh!!!ja,ja,jaaa!!!, it was so funny, Caren saying 'no, no...' & the bus driver saying'come, come...'... ja,ja,jaaa!! after a while, well he couldn't wait anymore & he left...

Another day, we were leaving from a disco & just when we went out from the place a taxi driver stood up in front of Caren, he asked if she wanted a taxi, etc, etc... Caren said several times she didn't want, but the taxi driver continued insisting and insisting... he offered taking her 4 free whenever Caren had wanted, but she didn't accept... so, as last resource, the taxi driver asked her mobile ('coz he was really interested in see her again) but Caren lied to him, telling him she didn't have mobile so, he took Nadine's mobile (a friend of Caren) & promised to buy her a mobile next time they meet... of course that didn't happen againn, he called several times but nobody answered him... ja, jaaa!!... so many things, that now when Caren's leaving we won't have any chance to get a taxi 4 free, neither a bus... ja,ja,jaaa!!!

I saw the movie "The Pianist" last week... scary. Any opinions?
Designing/Building a small vehicle is more complex than what I thought. I imagined it was sort of building a Bburago miniature or something. But nooooot!!! And, in order to get the finacial grant I need, I have also to provide government with my marketing/business plan for the next THREE years! Next week!!!!!!!! I'm paralized. All the things i have to do just overwhelm me. And to make things worse, they told me not to share information about the vehicle with anyone else, so I have to do everything all by myself... don't wanna be.. all by myseeeeeelf! Chingada madre no se que voy a hacer!
I'll show pictures soon.
Erik the water dripping from the ceiling wasn't exactly water... It's condensed sweat from everyone in the train... including you of course.

Hi everyone!

Back in Stockholm and working... I was in France laste week celebrating my 60th birthday. So, so, so niiiice! Golf, tennis, sunshine, wine... Stopped in Malmö and hung out with friends there this weekend. Yesterday I went back to Stockholm by train. As I was packing my things before leaving, I took a glace at my ticket-reservation and realized that the departure was in about 16 minutes, not 45! So I packed my things in 2 minutes (forgot half of it) and took a taxi to the station, picked up my ticket, and went on the train with 30 sec marginal! On the train it was 30 degress and condensed water (I'm serious!) was dripping from the ceiling!!

But after a couple of hours I was suprised by a friend who called me and said he's coming to sweden in may!!! Wooohaaa!!! Meatballs is on the menu! Super-duper-dobro!

Huge congrats' for the car-bus-taxi-vehicle-thing Giovanni! Sooo cool! Amaaaazing! Keep us updated!

My project is slowing down and it looks like I've come to a dead end, jebiga!

But hey, nothing's worse than sharing asshole with a siamese twin who is gay, right? Hahahaha! Take it easy out there folks!

I was watching ESPN today... the "World's Strongest Man Competition", where some mega-musculed guys have to do things like carrying a truck, lifting huge metal anchors, and so on. I was surprised on how most of the first places where from Poland and Scandinavia. Two or three from Poland.
Then I wondered: Why weren't Magda, Dinov or Erik so strong and mean?

Hola amigoooooos!

People say I haven't been here for a while... What can I say, time flies... I hear that Cinthia's back in Belgrade, good for her I guess. Today I was thinking how it would be to go back there...it would be weird I guess. But that picture of a Yugo certainly brings back some memories Giovanni! What a car! What a city! What a gang we were!

But that belongs to the past... The present for me is a lot of work wich probably will give me the knowledge of what an impossible task I've assigned to :-( Uuuuuuuta! Nooo maaaanchez! "Yiiiiii, come on Eriiik!!" as you would have said Maru, jajajajajaaaaa! Nevermind, I've learned a lot so far and there's still hope :-)

Hi friends, how r u?
It's a looooooooooong time since i don't post here, but i've been so busy! How r u? Everybody is still studying? I've decided to go on studying after my thesis, so i'll be a student for others 3 years (the last one i'll go abroad, but i still don't know where...)

I was in kosovo last weekend, and I didn't need visa, perhaps because it's under the UN control and after all I am from this planet.
I wanted go to sarajevo but I need visa to Bosnia, but if I want to apply I need an AIDS test, yeah!!! sure. The funny is that I can be inffected..........of flu but AIDS?.....me?... I am more affraid to go to a hospital to take the test here that of the possibility to have AIDS.. So I will not go to sarajevo... maybe I have the chance to go to Bulgaria and visit a friend.. she will send to me this invitation letter... we will see what happend...

Hum, hum!... is some1 looking 4 me?... ja,ja,jaaa!! what's going on??... I'm still here in London (i think so), at least 'til June but after i don't know anything else about my life, ja! nice! :P... by the way, 4th phase of Rifat's Community in London, maybe is getting 2 the end :(((... u know, one month ago, cinthia left London 2 start a new life in Belgrade (she's not married yet eehh??... gossips, gossips..) and now Caren's leaving at the end of this month!! :(( she's not gonna stay longer than 30th April!... i really don't know what we're gonna do without her!... u know, 'the soul of the parties'... she tried 2 extend her visa but well, with all these problems about war and all those stuff, English people are worst than before! it's 2 difficult! for that Caren gave up and is leaving soon... but so, if anybody wanna come here before this 'phase' wears off... c'mon, c'mon!!! time's running out!!

On the other hand, this last weekend we went to a disco (ja! as usual :D), and we really enjoyed it!! nice, nice!! and surprisingly on Sunday the weather was Bery nice!! sunny!! gosh!!... it was a great opportunity 2 walk through Hyde Park, lay down on the grass & have fun with all those crazy people in the Speaker's Corner... so funny! simply like if u wanna say smth, get 2 the place, take with u a little leader (just 2 catch attention) & start 2 talk!! anything! and u'll c... after a while loads of people will surround u & if they like ur speech they'll start arguing w/ u... ja,ja,jaaaa!! so crazy!... Sodom & Gomorra, God, Jesus Christ, War, Personality, Aliens etc. were the subjects we could listen to... some of them, interestings but some... mmmmmm... ja!

I'm so excited about next weekend 'cos finally, finally 'Minister of Sound' will have the honour 2 meet us!! wwooowww!!! ja,ja,jaaa!! i'll tell u next week how it was (i hope BERY BERY good!!!)... u know special places 4 special dates... ??...
